Job Closeout
Nothing gets invoiced until the job is truly done.
Arcvena's job closeout process ensures every job is documented, compliant, and signed off before an invoice is sent. No shortcuts. No forgotten permits. No unsigned jobs.
The closeout sequence
Six gates between completed work and issued invoice. Each one enforced in the system, not on a paper checklist.
01
Job checklists completed
Job type-specific checklists must be marked complete. Required checklist items gate the closeout.
02
Photos and documentation
Before, during, and after photos attached. Permit documents and test results uploaded.
03
Client signature collected
Digital signature captured in the field on the technician's phone. Timestamped and stored.
04
Compliance verified
Open permits must be resolved. Failed inspections must be re-scheduled before closeout is allowed.
05
Electrical record updated
Any electrical changes made during the job — panels replaced, circuits added — are committed to the Electrical System Graph.
06
Invoice generated
Once closeout is approved, the invoice is generated automatically from the job's line items.
Closeout updates the Property Passport.
When a job closes out, every electrical change made during that job is committed to the property's Electrical System Graph. A panel replaced. A circuit added. A service upgraded. These aren't just job notes — they become permanent property record entries.
The next technician who arrives at that property sees an accurate, up-to-date electrical record — not the state of the system from three years ago.
