The problem we saw

Most field service software was built for plumbers and HVAC technicians and later adapted for electricians. The result is tools that manage schedules and invoices just fine — but have no concept of an electrical system, a panel topology, or a permit that gates the next job.

Every time an electrician returns to a property, they're starting from zero. What's the service amperage? What panel brand? Was there a permit filed on the last upgrade? Who signed off on it? That information exists somewhere — in emails, paper files, a technician's memory — but it's not organized, and it's definitely not at the tech's fingertips when they're standing at the panel.

Arcvena fixes this with the Property Passport — a living electrical record that builds itself as your team works. Every job updates the property. Every return visit starts with a complete picture.

What we built

Arcvena is a complete electrical contractor platform — CRM, estimating, pricebook, scheduling, dispatch, field mobile app, permits and compliance, invoicing, payments, automation, and a customer portal — all organized around the Property Passport and Electrical System Graph.

These aren't features bolted onto general-purpose software. They're built from the ground up for how electrical work happens: job types that drive checklists and compliance, graph mutations that update the electrical topology at closeout, and permit gates that prevent invoicing before compliance is complete.
