Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Arcvena ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including firm owners, office staff, and field technicians.
Description of Service
Arcvena is a software-as-a-service platform for electrical contractors. The Service includes property record management, job management, estimating, scheduling, dispatch, compliance tracking, invoicing, payment processing, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each subscription covers one firm ("tenant"). You may not share accounts across firms or resell access to the platform. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Data and Privacy
Your firm's data is stored securely and is not shared with other firms. We do not sell your data to third parties. By using the Service, you grant Arcvena the right to store and process your data to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are billed as agreed at the time of purchase. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Payment processing fees are charged at the processor's standard rate.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Arcvena to violate any applicable law or regulation. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other firms' data, reverse-engineer the Service, or use the Service to transmit harmful or illegal content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
Arcvena and its content — including the Property Passport, Electrical System Graph, and all software — are the intellectual property of Arcvena. Your firm's data remains your property. We do not claim ownership over data you enter into the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arcvena shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription with notice as specified in your service agreement. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After that period, data may be deleted.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
