Privacy Policy
What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy describes how Arcvena collects, uses, and protects information from firms and individuals who use the Arcvena platform. It covers data submitted through the application, the marketing website, and any demo or contact forms.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when signing up, including firm name, contact information, and billing details. When using the platform, we collect the data you enter — property records, customer information, job data, photos, and documents. We also collect usage data such as log files, session information, and feature usage to improve the Service.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, send operational communications (invoices, alerts, notifications), and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your customer data for advertising purposes.
Data isolation and security
Your firm's data is isolated from other firms at the database level. We use row-level security to enforce this isolation. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to your firm's data by Arcvena employees is limited to what is necessary to provide support and is logged.
Data retention
Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon termination, you may request a full export of your data within 30 days. After that period, data may be deleted from our systems. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days after deletion.
Third-party services
Arcvena uses third-party services to operate the platform, including Supabase (database and authentication), Cloudflare (hosting and CDN), and payment processors. These services process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies and our data processing agreements with them.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your firm's data at any time by contacting us. We will respond to requests within 30 days. If you are located in a jurisdiction with specific data rights (such as GDPR or CCPA), those rights apply to you.
Cookies
The Arcvena application uses session cookies required for authentication. The marketing website (arcvena.com) uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-preserving and does not set cookies or track individuals across sites.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. The effective date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last updated.
