Built for the field, not the office.
A mobile app designed specifically for electricians on the job — not a shrunken version of the desktop. Large tap targets, essential information, fast actions.
What technicians can do in the field
Every capability listed here is verified and built in the current application.
Digital job checklists
Every job has a required checklist built in. Technicians work through it item by item on their phone. Required items must be completed before the job can be marked done.
Field photo documentation
Capture photos directly from the job. Photos are attached to the job and property record with timestamp and location metadata.
Customer signatures
Collect customer sign-off on a touchscreen. The signature is stored against the job record and attached to the property history.
Location at lifecycle transitions
GPS location is captured when the technician marks En Route and On Site — event-based, explicit. No background tracking, no continuous location monitoring.
Electrical System Graph access
The property's full electrical record — panels, breakers, circuits, equipment — is available in the field app. The technician knows what's there before touching anything.
About location — what Arcvena actually does
Arcvena captures technician GPS location at specific lifecycle transitions — when marking En Route and On Site. This is event-based, requires explicit device permission, and is visible to the technician. There is no continuous background location tracking. If the technician denies location permission, the lifecycle transition still completes.
The electrical system, in your hand
Access the property's electrical record from the job.
When a technician opens a job in the mobile app, the property's Electrical System Graph is one tap away. Service amperage, panel configuration, breaker layout — before they touch a single screw.
